- Transportation: FREE transportation (in Palm Springs) to the trailhead. Tours include some walking. All Hiking Expeditions are conducted on foot at the site.
- Rates: $65 to $95 per person, 2 to 4 person minimum, depending on tour. Prices include entrance fees, water, loaner hip-packs, and snacks.
- Payment Terms: At sign up and prior
to departure, including groups.

Cards or Cash accepted. - A small cancellation fee is charged for reservations which are cancelled with less than 24 hour notice. For reservations that entail special arrangements such as food preparation or outside labor, cancellation fees may be higher.
- All Tours and Expeditions are subject to change or cancellation because of weather.
- For "Adventure Hiking Expeditions" children must be a minimum of 12 years old with good fitness level. For "Easy Tours" children should be able to walk one mile or more. All children must be accompanied by a parent. Children 16 and under are half price.
- Conditions of streams and waterfalls are subject to mountain rains and runoff. Desert Safari reserves the right to change or modify any Expedition's route or destination to accommodate conditions we deem unsuitable for guest safety and/or enjoyment.
- Desert Safari operates under permits from the Bureau of Land Management, Joshua Tree National Park, Mt. San Jacinto State Park, and the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians.
- Desert Safari does not generally conduct overnight camping trips.
